Adele Wang interviews Dr. Nelson Bulmash: The psychology of the pandemic

If you've been disappointed by the attitudes by your fellow man to the COVID 19 pandemic, listen as I interview chiropractor/naturopath/clinical nutritionist Dr. Nelson Bulmash on this  topic. The debate over the public health crisis has made everything more confusing for everyone.

I basically asked him, "How did we get here??"

As a health provider, Dr. Bulmash shares his observations about what he calls the "three groups of people" in the narrative around the virus. These attitudes have deep implications for how people respond to taking care of their health.

Dr. Bulmash has his own podcast, "Health Matters". He is a delightful interviewer and I was honored to be a guest on one of his shows.

In this interview, Dr. Bulmash shares:

  • what people can do to protect their health
  • how people can avoid being drawn into fight/flight toxic situations

A bit more about Dr. Bulmash:

Dr. Nelson D. Bulmash is an established expert in health and fitness, dedicated to helping you reach your optimal health through innovative chiropractic care and clinical nutrition. He graduated from the University of Michigan in 1987 with a bachelor’s in Biology and minors in both chemistry and psychology. He completed his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life Chiropractic College in 1991.

Dr. Bulmash has coached American team powerlifters at the national and international level, helping them to win gold, silver, and bronze medals, often setting new American and World records. After spending over 25 years building a clinical practice specializing in chiropractic and clinical nutrition, while simultaneously completing two Diplomates in clinical nutrition, a national certification as a naturopath and clinical nutritionist, and multiple advanced certifications in nutrition, he pioneered new protocols providing cutting-edge care for his patients.

Dr. Bulmash is a published writer and speaker currently residing in Alpharetta, Georgia, where he is the founder and CEO of Health Matters. He is available for consulting, speaking, and teaching.
