How to make a difference in the world -- because the natural pace of evolution is too slow

What if your biggest growth in awareness  of your purpose lies ahead of you and not behind you? The challenges facing the human species are large and complex. They demand that people hold a higher energetic and consciousness stamina. This means the ability to sit with paradoxes and nuance, rather than reaching for simplistic solutions.

The natural rate of evolution of the human race, including our consciousness, cannot keep up with how fast our world is changing. People are feeling the call to intentionally focus on their inner growth.

Sometimes called "wisdom" or "spiritual path", this is actually a level of adult development. It's where the "juice" is for a well-lived life resides. It doesn't guarantee that things will be easier, but it is the path to the inner unfolding.

About the Podcast

All Things Human with Adele Wang
How power works, in people and in machines.
How power works, in people and in machines. Especially in this time of massive and hyper-rapid change.

Adele Wang watches how people behave, in organizations and in ordinary life, and says the part most people leave out.

Some episodes are about work. Who decides, who gets blamed, what happens when nobody quite owns a decision. Some are about relationships. Why you know your neighbor's dog's name and not theirs. What we want from each other and what we're willing to admit we want.

The through line is the same either way. What's really going on underneath the thing everyone agrees to say.
